Have had my vehicle for extended period. And not much. Info about it

Evan was our salesman and did an amazing job. My wife and I showed up to the dealership not knowing it was closing time and he went above and beyond to take care of us.

I was at the service entrance first in line at 7:00 AM. I did not have an appointment. I only wanted an oil and filter change and requested no air filter or cabin filter change. I realize that the service technicians do not go to work until 8:00 AM. About 9:00 AM I could see my vehicle in the outgoing lanes that they are staged in for finished service. A couple of other people that came in after me were called to pickup their vehicles. I had to inquire if my vehicle was ready and was told that they were waiting on the paperwork. After about another 5 to 10 minutes I was called to pay and pick up my vehicle. I was able to leave about 9:30AM. I was not aware that I could schedule service and if that is the issue I will do that before I go again. Otherwise the service was great and my service advisor was courteous and respectful.

Wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Dan was great.

Everything was well done and organized. From their knowledgeable staff to the customer service provided, shows the professionalism and the extra steps this dealership takes to ensure that every customer's needs are not only met but exceeded.
